East London's beachfront is poised for a major transformation with two proposed developments valued at a combined R995m, including a 191-room sea-facing hotel and a mixed-use commercial hub.
The Buffalo City Metro Development Agency needs an estimated R54m and 18 months to complete the stalled Water World Fun Park, which has already absorbed R121m and is under investigation by the Special Investigating Unit.
