The biological mother of the children is the late Nolusanda Portia Mhlawuli from Eugine Temporals in Butterworth. Should anyone have information about the identity and whereabouts of the biological fathers please contact social worker Mr A. Tshakeni on 047 491 0473 during office hours.
Should no one come forward within 30 days of the advert, a decision regarding the permanent placement of the child will be made.
