East London's latest mega-property development, RockCliff Living (RCL) is set to sell.

The  R400m,1,700 home housing estate at Cove Rock, a dozen kms west of East London, will have a “built out”  residential value over R400m. Prices start at R800,00 for apartments and R1m for houses.

Pathisa, the main shareholder, is confident that the west coast is perfectly poised for investment.
