Villagers ban sale of alcohol, tobacco to youth, after horrific rape and murder of boy, 5

In an effort to fight crime and moral decay, after the horrific murder of a five-year-old boy, a Tsolo rural village has decided to prevent the sale of alcohol to anyone under the age of 25. Mdibanisweni villagers in Tsolo, where little Asithandile Same was kidnapped, raped and murdered, have also decided that children under the age of 18 cannot enter shops selling tobacco.
