Two CEOs in office at struggling ADM’s development agency

Cash-strapped Amathole district municipality’s development agency, Aspire, now has two CEOs, who simultaneously​ assumed duties on Tuesday. Akhona Tinta, who has been acting in the position, was permanently employed by the now dissolved Aspire board in September. Tinta confirmed that she had reported for duty as the CEO on Tuesday, but would not comment further.
