Missing Fort Hare worker found tied up in his flat

A University of Fort Hare employee was found with his hands tied and his mouth covered with tape in his flat in Dikeni (formerly Alice) on Wednesday. Police spokesperson Brigadier Tembinkosi Kinana said colleagues of the 32-year-old man grew worried when he did not report for duty. “According to reports, the victim’s absence was only noticed by colleagues after he did not report for work,” Kinana said.
