The Pretoria high court is expected to deliver judgment in the bail appeal of suspended Sgt Fannie Nkosi on Wednesday.
Nkosi, who is attached to Gauteng’s organised crime police unit, is seeking to overturn the Pretoria North magistrate’s court decision to deny him bail.
