Residents to relocate ahead of massive Duncan Village reconstruction

A massive reconstruction of Duncan Village, at the instruction of President Cyril Ramaphosa, will start soon — but if 20,000 families are to get new government homes, they will first have to relocate to temporary accommodation nearby, the government said this weekend.
