Court sides with EL nightclubs as cops told to back off

Police in Buffalo City stand accused of unleashing an almost nightly ritual of harassment and abuse on owners, staff and patrons of eateries, pubs and nightclubs across the metro, based on what appears to be the police hierarchy’s misunderstanding of the metro’s bylaw on liquor trading hours.
