Mthatha pupils take the floor to celebrate World Read Aloud Day

Holy Cross High School in Mthatha came alive when pupils from various schools gathered together to celebrate the joy of reading. The pupils celebrated World Read Aloud Day last week to reinforce the importance of reading aloud and promote literacy. LitWorld, a nonprofit organisation working in the education sector, launched the first World Read Aloud Day in 2010.
